“Hot”
Air con poor and no attention to detail. A €20 taxi from the airport. We not even enough pillows or towels for people in the room. Staff not bothered we were boiling all night.

“Very expensive for what you get, but large and spacious room + great service by personnel”
Big and spacious room with a large bed. Had a crib to accomodate our 1.5 year old. The restaurant downstairs was nice, with great service from the waiters. Receptionist on arrival was very nice and friendly. Easy to book and take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning.

“Save your money and go somewhere that cares about keeping things clean, is actually in a convenient spot, and treats cus”
To make matters worse, the staff were not friendly at all. When I mentioned the cleanliness issues at reception, the person working barely looked up from their phone and just said “we’ll send someone” – no apology, no sense of urgency, and no follow-up. Other interactions were just as cold; they gave off the vibe that they couldn’t be bothered to help guests, and basic requests felt like a hassle for them.

Heavy baggage is difficukl to drag on thr corridor till the room.No bell boy to help. Breakfast has limited options and no fresh fruits. Wash room:no toiletries. Bedcroom:no slippers and the pillows very incomfortable.

“I would not recommend this hotel if you are visiting Paris for either leisure or business.”
Good option if your flight is cancelled at night. The staff is super friendly and really doing their best.
