Close to airport. Cute town of Roissy with restaurants nearby the hotel. Take the shuttle to the airport and skip the bus ..fee is reasonable

“Excellent staffing”
I booked this property for two nights. Unfortunately, during my stay the property was under maintenance, and even the air conditioning in my room was not working. When I enquired with the receptionist, she confirmed that they were unable to turn it on due to ongoing maintenance and because they did not have access to the system. However, the staff kindly provided a fan, which I appreciated. The room itself was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, because of the maintenance work, the breakfast service was also incomplete. I believe it would be much more appropriate if the property informed guests about these issues before confirming bookings. I am also still confused regarding the €100 refundable deposit, as I have not yet received it back. I hope the team will contact me soon to clarify this issue. That being said, I would like to clearly mention that the staff were extremely kind, cheerful, and very helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to the night receptionist, who was truly amazing. She helped me with nearby transport information, assisted with my itinerary, and even provided me with a European adapter when needed. So, I have no complaints about the staff at all — my concerns are only regarding the maintenance situation and the refund process. This is my honest review. The property itself is lovely, and I believe it could provide a great experience once all maintenance issues are resolved. For future guests, I would recommend confirming that all facilities are fully operational before booking.

“Great location and confortable beds. Coffee machine with few pods came as a bonus for a early start”
Bed was very comfortable. Location was great and close to lovely little centre within walking distance. It didnt feel like an airport hotel at all and was a nice way to wrap up our holidays.

“Warm and welcoming”
Good location close to CDG airport. Welcoming and warm front desk staff who speak English. Good internet connection and breakfast. The art in the rooms made it feel warmer. The area at the entrance has some good snacks and drinks.
