“On of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed-thank you Karolina!!!”
I cant't find the words....Karolina is the best host ever, taking care of every little detail. Beautiful and clean environment, large terrace with sun loungers, private parking in front of the building. Here you will find everything you could possibly need in an apartment. You can walk from the building to the beach or choose your own pool. Shopping facilities max 10 minutes by car, restaurants within walking distance. We"ll be baaaack!

“Wonderful holiday in Dalmatia”
I just spent a wonderful and relaxing week at Villa Maluma. The apartment was exactly like pictured, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The balcony is an oasis with a wonderful view. Karolina is a lovely host and always available for questions and nice chat. The location of the property is perfect right at the waterfront, where you can swim in the sea and just a short walk from all local amenities like several super markets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Rogoznica is a beautiful village with a large marina and several beaches.

“Amazing place”
What not to like?!! It’s absolutely amazing villa with everything you need, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Karolina is a lovely host, always helpful and supportive. And that view from the swimming pool—definitely worth to come back.

Everything 🌞 Beautiful apartment right to the seafront, with a fantastic view from the balcony. Very helpful and friendly owner, and of course not to forget her charming little dog Mimi, who always waited for us🐶

Beautiful penthouse apartment overlooking the old town/ island and bay. Swimming in the sea right in front of the apartment building followed by a dip in the pool with beautiful views of the bay. Hosts are very friendly, apartment clean and well equipped and all things working (good wifi). Top floor balcony with stunning views in evening, combined with a sea breeze made us eat at home most nights ;) Well located to explore the island

Fantastic location with wonderful views of the seas. Lovely pool are and Karolina, the host, was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We never return to the same place but we may just do that for this accommodation.
