Outside of the main season, but everything was fully functional. The price-performance ratio was excellent.

The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the three pleasant swimming pools, and the restaurant with a varied menu. Above all, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the country. The apartments at the hotel were large and very well maintained. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the pools and private beach were gorgeous and never got too crowded. Lovely family hotel just walking distance from a gorgeous small town with lots of restaurants and shops.

While the hotel has some appealing features, several issues negatively impacted our stay. The on-site fast food was overpriced. The lunch restaurant doesn’t open until 1 PM, and even simple items like fries aren’t available earlier, despite being listed in the snack bar menu. The restaurant is furthermore closed between 4 PM and 7 PM, which made dining options inconvenient—especially for families. We noticed that we were not provided with towels in our room. Only when we asked we were told that none were clean - clean towels were later thrown in a pile in the bathroom. This could have been communicated at check-in as it required an additional visit to the reception (in the other building) The room also contained trash and a forgotten item from a previous guest, raising concerns about overall You’re given ONE key and ONE keycard, and without it, you cannot enter the building. When I was locked out and asked the staff for help, they told me to call my husband, who was in the room and get him to come down an open the door - my phone was also inside and as no further assistance was offered I waited with the kids outside until he could return. The hotel allows guests to reserve sun loungers in advance, which limits availability for others. Additionally, all outdoor areas appeared worn and run-down, with sunbeds, furniture, and surrounding facilities in clear need of maintenance.

We must highlight the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, who always tried to accommodate all our requests and comments. We also very positively value the quietness of the hotel without unnecessary entertainment programs, the generally good quality of the plastic windows which insulate noise well, air conditioning in every room, and the cleanliness of the room service. The low occupancy meant there was always space on the beach or by the pool — although we spent minimal time there. Free and comfortable sunbeds by the pool, fair prices in the restaurant, and the spaciousness of the premium family apartment including the large terrace were all appreciated. So for a family with a dog, we had plenty of space for everyone.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and neat, with ample facilities and nice view of the water (an inlet, not the actual sea). Linen was in ample supply. Nice and pleasant hotel terrace, beautifully situated almost on the water. Directly on the hotel terrace is a (private?) beach and most accommodations along the coast do not have that - they are not located so close to the sea or there is simply no beach. Croatia does not have that many beaches along this coast and certainly no wide sandy beaches, so this is really an attractive aspect of the hotel. The beach is narrow and consists of very small pebbles and that is fine. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking space. Quiet, no noticeable ambient noise; so also not from the very nearby coastal road.
