“Just go anywhere else!”

There was a mix-up with our reservation and we almost didn't get a room. We left the next day wishing we never did. Our stay started a bit underwhelming after we got a room worse than the one we paid for, the view was simply horrible, the mold in the shower unbecoming of a 4-star hotel and the empty shower gel container just annoying. After the restaurant didn't have any vegetarian options for dinner and the pool area was crowded, cold and not so clean, we started to think about just going home and relaxing there. It was, after all, supposed to be a relaxing weekend, but we decided to stay and see if the announced excellent breakfast would redeem the stay. We got down around 9:50 the next day (breakfast is till 11) and most of the containers were empty. In the next 45 minutes we managed to eat something, not all we wanted but it was enough. We still decided to leave. At the check out, after being asked why we wanted to leave early we stated we just weren't enjoying our stay enough, we mentioned that the room and the pool were not what we expected. The receptionist then asked about breakfast and we jokingly said that it was an experience because we ended up having only one glass for the two of us - that was the only glass left. Everything was in good fun and civil, we were just trying to leave. Than the menager came and wanted to show us how the breakfast is now full. It was after 11. We said we can see that but that it wasn't our concern. She kept talking over my girlfriend and insisting that we should have asked for another glass. My girlfriend kept trying to explain how that wasn't the point and that we're not complaining about the staff being slow (absolutely nothing against the staff of the hotel, they, at one point, we're trying to get the manager to calm down). My girlfriend was very upset to be in this situation, she didn't want to be in a fight with a hotel menager in front of the full restaurant.

Wellness area with pool and saunas was very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety. Rooms were big and comfy. The lady at the reception was nice.

“Sweet surprise during our road trip”

We discovered Hotel Slatina during our road trip through Italy, Croatia, and Austria. The exterior might not catch your eye, but stepping inside reveals a delightful surprise. Everything is impeccably clean and modern, clearly benefiting from a recent facelift. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, whether at reception or in the restaurant. Hotel Slatina continued to impress us. Their wellness area is stunning—though a bit compact, it didn't matter as we had it to ourselves. We enjoyed it even more than the famous Therme Olimia nearby. We were thrilled to learn they make their own pizza dough, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! We cherished every moment at Hotel Slatina and highly recommend it to everyone. It's a wonderful spot to unwind, and with their plans for further renovations and enhanced services, we can't wait to return.

“Fantastic experience”

Our two week summer vacation in hotel Slatina Superior was fantiastic! Facilities were great, Renata and her staff were amazing, extremely polite and always ready to help!

“A very nice place”

It's a very nice hotel, freshly renovated. The SPA and the saunas are really good, and the design fascinated me. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the restaurant. Kids really enjoyed the minigolf. If you are here, this is a good choice.

“Amazing and worth coming back!!!”

We stayed in the room for four person with two large comfortable beds, there were a bath and a shower cabine in the bathroom. Swimming pool and whole spa was incredible, so relaxing and clean. Breakfast was one of the best in my life, even offering prosecco, strawberry juice and coconut milk. We will come back for sure, but we’ll stay more than one night like this time, because it’s worth more of our time 🥰🥰

This hotel gives you five star experience for four star price. Everything was superb. Rooms, food, service. The wellness part took our breaths away. Photos can't do justice.
