Everything was great. The food was very good and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was kind, multilingual, and provided the information we needed. The comfort rooms were fine, although the minibar did not contain even a bottle of water—not even for purchase—you have to go down to the bar to ask for one. Toiletries were minimal, with only a shower cap provided; anything else must be requested at reception. The indoor spa is small but adequate. Dinner and breakfast are buffet-style, offering a wide selection but with rather average quality overall. The options cater mainly to those who enjoy meat, with just acceptable quality. Breakfast, in particular, felt more like a company canteen than a four-star hotel. The hotel gives the impression of a former "grand" establishment, now more suitable for groups and tour parties. It does not quite meet the standards of a true four-star experience.

It was our second time we chose to stay in this amazing place. Location, service, personal, well balanced food menu - everything is in harmony in this place. Also it’s next to the medical center where the ‘Donat’ water source is located, which is very convenient as well.

I had an absolutely fantastic family stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, especially being so close to the medical center. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, even though the selection could have been a bit broader. The staff, particularly the F&B Team, was outstanding, displaying a highly service-oriented and incredibly positive attitude.

Room cleanliness was at a good level, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet location near a big medical center and Donat mineral water spring. This mineral water is not free. The hotel spa center has several spa treatments and saunas and a small pool. Good varied meals.

The staff is the main value of this hotel!!!!🥰 Everyone is attentive, smiling, tactful. I stayed in a comfort room. It has everything you need, very clean and cozy. I felt at home in this hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will definitely come back again.🙃😊😘
