It is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the outlet in one direction and the town centre in the other direction. The owners are delightful people who are genuinely welcoming and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. They assisted us to park in their garage and they served us an excellent breakfast.

Good bed. Dog very welcome and got treats every day. Grass area close by. Very welcoming hosts. Very Dutch breakfast, large amounts and lots of choices, egg prepared to what you like, fresh orange juice. Got a little present on my birthday, so sweet and unexpected! We could leave the dog alone for a little, which gave us some time alone in the city. Parking inside which was also super good (need to be a little bit of a skilled driver though). Hosts helped guiding the car inside the first time. And it was nice we could have some groceries delivered. Close to everything. Towels provided, bedlinen also provided.

The room was amazing. Having a car park space, in a garage, in the centre of Roermond was brilliant.

They both were very nice and friendly. Our room was very clean and nice. We found everything that we needed in the room, even a half automatic coffee machine. And we had a great breakfast in the morning. Their recommendations about the city were very helpful. Having a indoor garage in the city was priceless. Briefly, it was a great decision to choose that place.
