The rooms and facilities are functional and comfortable. The hotel is located close to the centre which is convenient but also close to other pubs/bars that generate noise. Breakfast was good and we tried the restaurant on 2 evenings which was a great experience.

Our stay at Grand Hotel Valies far exceeded every expectation and offered truly remarkable value for money. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt refined, welcoming, and exceptionally well-organized. The rooms were immaculate, elegantly maintained, and noticeably more luxurious than one would anticipate at this price point. What impressed us most was the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely hospitable, creating an atmosphere that felt both sophisticated and comfortable throughout our stay. In all honesty, we received substantially more quality and comfort than we had expected for the amount we paid. The breakfast selection was excellent — fresh, varied, and presented with great attention to detail — while the hotel’s location is simply ideal for exploring the area conveniently on foot. One important recommendation for future guests: it is highly advisable to reserve a parking space in the hotel garage in advance, as availability can become limited. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience that we would gladly repeat without hesitation.

Heart of the city center, amazing service and rooms are very big and convenient. Breakfast was exceptional compare to other hotels in the region. Restaurant ambiance and the taste was amazing.

Its near from all the Designer outlet and shopping centers. Its nice that they give extra pillows and a soft comfortable bed.

The location is excellent, especially being close to the Roermond Outlet, which is a big advantage. It’s ideal for those visiting for shopping. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to stay comfortably. The front desk staff were also kind and polite. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was very delicious and highly satisfying.
