“Lots of good things”
The residence is the top floor of a magnificent old 4-story building (don't panic - there's a lift) which is otherwise unoccupied (as far as I could tell). This floor been completely renovated with modern shower rooms and fittings etc. so no problem there, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was good too. There's a large car park attached - really useful - and it's located on the road leading from the town to the beach, so handy for both and their bars and restaurants. You can also access the town via a flight of steps at the side of the hotel, or by walking through the historic old town with its maze of picturesque alleyways.
