I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant due to the poor level of service. After midnight, the neighboring room became extremely noisy. We personally tried to resolve the issue by asking them to be quiet a couple of times, but it didn't help. I then called the reception twice, expecting the staff to intervene. However, the receptionist was completely unhelpful and clearly unwilling to solve the problem. Despite the 'Ruhezeit' (quiet hours) policy, he refused to take any real action or offer us a different room so we could sleep. Instead of being professional, he was argumentative and dismissive, basically stating there was nothing he could do. It is very disappointing when hotel staff are not ready to handle basic guest complaints or ensure a restful environment. I would not recommend this hotel if you value professional service and a quiet night's sleep.

I've been to this hotel twice in a year, and both times the heater in the room was broken. Also, the room I was given had a door in the middle leading to the other room, and I heard all the noise in the other room through that door.
