It was very cold in the room, the heat didn't work and we changed rooms and the heat didn't work in the second room either. Otherwise everything was ok.

The lady at reception when I checked in on Tuesday evening was very helpful and friendly. My visit was last minute and I didn't expect to be able to get a room, every effort was made by the lady receptionist and I want to thank her for all her efforts. Steve Gisler.

Surprisingly for a hotel in a highway service area it was very good; my expectations were lower. Clean, quiet, good wifi. Excellent breakfast. I'd stay there again when in transit.
