“Ideal for one night on a budget.”
I like the concept of Ibis Budget Hotels. The room was very well thought out and convenient. I wouldn't want to stay longer than a night or two but I think that's the idea. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The location was not in the centre of Rodez but was ok. There is a restaurant next door and the parking was good. The staff were multi-lingual and charming. Everything seemed new and very clean.

I wasn’t impressed that my collègue spoke to you on the phone and said we were having a late check in and you gave him my code via text to get in to my room!! That’s a breach of my privacy and a question of personal security and safety. Luckily I felt safe with him having this information but it could have been a completely different story. You should not give out personal information like room access codes to somebody who phones you asking for them without the person themself requesting the information!! Not good!!!!!

You get pretty much the same thing at every Ibis. Simple, comfortable, clean rooms. However what is also consistent, and really quite impressive, is the quality of staff. Always friendly, always helpful and kind. Rodez is no exception.
