“I won't go back”
Breakfast was over priced The location was appalling. We found other accommodation after 3 nights. We are due a refund for 2 rooms for the last might. We canclled that well.in time. No refund happened

I have stayed here plenty of times and always comes back. Kate is an excellent host and the rooms are always clean and tidy. Really the best option if you want a cheap room with private bathroom.
