“A great week.”

This is a very comfortable family villa, hired out to tourists during summer - spotlessly clean on arrival. The interior is great, cooking facilities, beds etc, but the real stand out is the large and very private rear garden with pool and covered cooking/dining area. Loads of wildlife - we saw giant bush crickets, frogs, toads, foot long balkan green lizards and best of all, a hummingbird hawkmoth (google it, they're amazing) that seems to visit at 1700 prompt every day. Special mention to the really friendly resident cat who whilst happy to treat the villa as his/her own, which it is, doesn't mind staying outside all the time so long as you feed him bits of bacon/ham/fish etc. whenever he marches you down to the outdoor fridge.

“Amazing week in Villa Teresa”

We loved the pool, garden and outdoor kitchen. A bit cooler weather in october, but we still managed to have a couple of BBQs and eat outside. The two separate villas worked very well for our family and my eldest son loved having his 'own house' to return to each night! The resident cat was extremely friendly and well behaved, always up for a cuddle, but polite and didnt jump on tables or try to get into the houses if we said no. Very comfortable houses we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous garden and pool. The villa is very clean and we loved having breakfast on the little terrace outside the smaller villa. Our two children adored the cat! Sarah, the owner, was very helpful and friendly.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous. and the facilities were excellent, with seemingly unlimited utensils etc. The outdoor cooking/barbeque area was an unexpected plus. Location was nice, but definitely a car needed. The pool was perfect and definitely welcome after a warm day. The host was really nice guy as well as being very helpful. Looking at earlier reviews leads to us believe that the negative comments about the so called "rat" was actually referring to a cat, and a very friendly one at that. And if they didn't want it in the villa all that was needed was to keep the door closed....simple!

Such a beautiful home with a wonderful host. We loved our stay and would love to go back. Definitely need a car to get to and from local places and beaches.

The garden area with pool, kids loved it. Facilities of the two villas combined was good and suited our family’s (grandchildren, parents and grandparents)

The host provided a basket of local produce which was unexpected, thoughtful and goods were tasty. There was nothing too difficult, very accommodating.
