“Heaven!!”

Spiros went to so much trouble to make sure that our stay was perfect. A lady came to clean the apartment each day which was unexpected and wonderful to come home to a tidy place where the beds were made and clean towels laid out for us. The small garden is delightful; round the back by the balcony/patio area is a lawn with a huge jasmine which was in flower and the scent was amazing. Round the front Spiros' mum had planted some beautiful roses which were also in full bloom and so many flowers!! And again the scent was lovely. Plenty of parking. The apartments were very quiet - just off the main road going to the beach - took 10 mins to walk to the beachfront with a great selection of restaurants and little shops. 5 mins walk from the apartment to a Carrefour supermarket with everything we could need and lots of great coffee shops all within a few minutes walk. Plenty of parking along the beachfront if we drove down. We are already planning our trip to Roda for May 2027 to stay with Spiros at his apartments again!

Great location, there was a pool directly opposite that we used most days. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Our room was small but perfect and clean.

It was clean and well located. It is also surrounded by beautiful flowers! Spiros is a great host who checks in to see if everything is ok. There is a great shop right next door with everything you need and a lovely pool opposite with a bar and very friendly staff.

Perfect location, apartment very well equipped, beautiful garden and very nice and kind owner. We had great time.

Nice and spacious apartment, clean and tidy, everything worked, nice quiet balcony to sit out on in the evening. Shop with loads of useful bits 30 seconds away and full use of the Theodoros Resort (pool, bar, sun beds, restaurant) which is right across the road. The host Spiros was really welcoming, friendly and flexible to our needs which was really appreciated

“Johns Apartment - great place to stay”

Very comfortable apartments. Everything you could want In apartments. Spiros the owner is very helpful. Bedding changed once there and towels 3 times. Although no pool there are several apartments with pools close by.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including good mosquito nets and lots of kitchen utensils. We particularly loved the terrace and garden, the lovely dog and the little market next door. Shops, restaurants and the beach are only a short and scenic walk away. We would definitely return here on future trips to Roda. Thank you, Spiros!

The property is about 5 minutes away from the centre of the village. There is a lovely hotel opposite which lets you use the pool as long as you buy drinks there. Set in lovely peaceful gardens, and we had a really sunny balcony all day.

Very convenient location few minutes from the beach and in front of the a pool. The 2 bedrooms apartment was perfect for a group of four! Great host with a small present at the check out. Worth the money!

“Nice stay”

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for their hospitality, positivity, and genuine smile! He was always available and it felt like he could help with any question or concern. The place: it was simple yet pleasant. The kitchenware was sufficient for our needs. Although we would have liked larger mugs, but we didn't ask for them. There was toilet paper and soap. Bottle of water was in refrigerator when we arrived. Towel’s change and cleaning were available every day. The courtyard with roses was beautiful. Despite it being the latter half of June, we didn't feel hot in room and didn't need to use the air conditioner. We even slept under a blanket. Hot water was available, and the wi-fi varied, but overall, it was relatively stable. The sea was within walking distance, and you could enjoy a lovely view at sunrise. I wouldn't describe the sea as the most beautiful; it was nothing extraordinary, to be honest. It was shallow, so it would be great for children. The water had cool currents at the bottom and was warmer on the surface. In Roda, there are many delicious places to eat. We particularly enjoyed a Mexican restaurant! The food was tasty, and the portions were generous. There are buses to Sidari are available, and the bus stop is not far away.

Very clean apartment. Great communication with Spiros. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. A mini market across the corner, and a lovely free pool at the hotel next door.

Nice apartments, close to Roda center, parking place available. Clean rooms with balcony. Mosquito net on the windows. Owner was nice and had a lovely dog :) check in and out was easy.
