The property was clean and well equipped. Loved that beach towels were provided, and bath robes. Along with a lovely welcome pack. Good hot shower. Comfy bed with huge pillows. Air con. Lovely balcony. Yiannis and his staff accommodated every ask were very friendly & professional. Location was perfect in centre of Roda, stones throw from beach with good view of sea. Thoroughly recommend.

Everything was excellent. The owner was very kind and helpful and even when out of his way in the middle of the night when our daughter got sick. The place had a wonderful view and was within walking distance of a beautiful beach and lots of delicious restaurants.

Everything is really awesome!!!! The host, Iannis is really nice person, very helpful and ready to please his guests ! The building is completely new renovated with all the facilities and is located right in front of the beach and nearby plenty tavernas where you can eat an excellent greek dishes , also markets close by and everything that you need for a great holiday ! Certainly we will be back on Bella Terra Houses ! Thank you very much Iannis !!!! Very well done job !!!!👍👍👍👏👏👏

- Well-equipped, nice apartment. - Cleaned every day. - The owner also nice. - The location is good on the one hand, because it's close to the waterfront, on the other hand, it's a horror, because it's in the very close (10 meter) of an openair DISCO bar which plays loud music until the night.
