Location Excellent

The town house was a lovely cosy place for our 2 week stay with everything we needed. It was on a small part of the complex with around 15 other properties which meant it was generally quiet and peaceful and relaxing. The owners were great with their ease of communication and we would definitely stay again

“Great Property and Location”

Property was perfectly located for family. Walking distance to our favourite pup/restaurant Campbells. Lidl/aldi and main strip and the beach are all within a 15/20/30 minute walk. Pepe and his team were always on hand with his taxis to bring us home with groceries, trips to the GoCarts, etc The property was very well presented with almost everything you would require for your stay. The pool area was perfect. Lots of grass area for relaxing. Neighbours were lovely.

“fantastic stay at this town house in Roda beach”

I had an excellent stay at this property! The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location within the Roda Beach Resort. The security of the complex gave me peace of mind throughout my visit. The balcony and patio were lovely features, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings. Although I couldn’t use the swimming pool due to the time of year and weather, it looked very inviting and well-maintained. The house was equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. the beds were confortable, and heart warming touch by owners to leave milk, water and coffee there for me as welcome pack. Communication with the owners was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I highly recommend this beautiful town house for anyone visiting the area. I’d gladly stay here again!

Single beds were uncomfortable - more suited for children than elderly people. Would have liked an extra supply of towels.

Location very good, well equipped, great place near the pool nice and quiet.place very clean. 2 Bathrooms which was great. Television was good if you wanted to watch as it had all the English channels and also all the sports. Wi-Fi good. 10 minute walk to Roda town. 20 minutes walk to Los Alcazares. Parking good, need a car really. Sea front also 20 minute walk .

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was 100%. We had some great days to relax.
