“Until they fix the hot tub and fitness center, you could find the same amenities for a little less.”
The staff were helpful and friendly. The kitchen in the room was nice. There's a nice place across the street to hang out. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was ok and included eggs and sausage. The hotel was mostly clean and pleasant looking.

“Never stayed was denied”
I didn’t even get to stay here. The room was for my mom who was visiting from out of town. And by us having the zip code of Rock Hill they kept our money and didn’t allow us to stay. It’s unfair to keep the money of someone. I will be calling the news about this because it could’ve easily been returned

Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30am it was not set up until 6:50am and that made us lose valuable travel time! We had an advanced reservation for a king room but we’re assigned a handicapped room for some reason! There appears to be a mistake with the billing of my rate when I looked at my credit card statement. I will have to call the hotel tomorrow to find out what went wrong with my bill!
