Our room was spacious and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Our biggest regret was not being able to stay for longer!

“Luxury room in historic building”
Impeccably renovated gite with luxury rooms with ensuite. Beautiful historic building. Bikes safely in garage. Kitchen to make a cuppa tea, gorgeous terrace covered by wisteria/vines, overlooking farmland. Nice walk up the hill to the castle. Delicious breakfast. Super friendly owners! Pure pleasure to stay here!

Comfortable, spacious, quiet room in a recently renovated house in the medieval village of Rochemaure. Friendly hosts spoke French,English and German. A delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, juice, breads, cheeses and jams on the terrace with views of the valley below. Kitchen and coffee supplies available for communal use. Secure bike storage.

“Authentic stay in a lovely property”
This was an authentic stay in a medieval village in the Ardeche region. Laurence and Pierre run a charming and homely establishment that is well situated for exploring the region. The Chauvet Cave only discovered in 1994 is just iver an hour away. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. And for an additional €8 pp fresh croissants, baguettes with preserves are served. The village is a delight to explore and if you’re up for ot the steep walk up to the Le Chateau Medieval de Rochemaure offers spectacular views. Montelimar is only a short drive away and is famous for its nougat.

“Tour des remparts”
The hosts were amazing , so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble , even gave us a lift into town when we couldn't get a taxi ! The location is quiet and peaceful , very relaxing. Standard of room was great. Had everything you would need for a stay. Definitely stay there again if ever in the area.
