“Fabulous, tranquil stay in part of a beautiful old mill house.”

We loved our over night stay at Le Moulin de Gueuzon, it was so peaceful in beautiful surroundings. It exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was very good and access easy. We loved the old mill features throughout the apartment. The bed was large and very comfortable, the shower was great…the apartment had everything we could need. We had a lovely stay and were only sad that we were there for one night. Thank you for the bottle of delicious cold cider in the fridge on arrival, a lovely welcome.

Location, peace and quiet, bed was comfortable, nice lounge, nice equipped kitchen (although we never used it) the nearest neighbours were very nice (goats & lambs 😀)

We liked.. no LOVED everything. The house, the surroundings, the host, etc. The house has a certain charm that isn't easy to put into words. It's still very visible that this house used to be a watermill. The host also welcomed us with some selfmade pancakes/crepes. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Great accommodation with character features from the mills previous use with a generous size en-suite. Peaceful location. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Great communication from Patricia.

We love this property! The modern and comfortable room retaining that traditional touch, the peace and quiet of the nature surrounding it, the friendly and helpful host, the wonderful walk to town centre. Highly recommended. PS good to make advance reservation at the restaurants in town as they were packed.

Wow! What can we say! We will definitely be back! The apartment was superb. It had everything you need and more. The views also were amazing and Patricia the host could not be more helpful.

Absolutely everything was first class. What a gem of a find within easy walking of the town. In a fabulous quiet location. It was a really comfortable space with everything you could think off including a welcome bottle of cider in the fridge. The bed was the most comfortable in our whole stay of 3 weeks in France. The pictures do not do it justice.

Fabulous authentic property, very well equipped and in a great location, short walk to the charming Rochefort-en-Terre, we were met by the owners who was gracious and helpful.

Patricia made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and styled beautifully. We also really appreciated the cider and crepes that were provided for us on arrival. Perfect stay in a beautiful location.

Well-placed for walking into the beautiful town, pleasant outlook, quiet. Charming and welcoming owner, spotless apartment, very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful little touches. Space to park, good wifi. Little Christmas trees with sparkling lights outside our front door, plus Santa! Evidence of the building’s history, such as the millstone set in the floor. Good-sized shower.

Very charming little place ideal for visiting Rochefort-en-terre

Le Moulin de Gueuzon was one of the most charming B&Bs we stayed at on our trip to France. The home is an old mill that owners Patricia and Oliver have beautifully updated - our own lovely spacious apartment with sitting area, kitchen and larger master. The grounds were spectacular with a quaint little stream running alongside the property. Our 9-year-old daughter particularly loved the cute little black sheep on the property! The location was fabulous and only a 5-minute walk to the town of Rochefort-en-Terre, which might be one of the most charming and idyllic little towns on the planet. Hosts Patricia and Oliver must us with the keys and were very warm and accommodating. The welcomed us with a beautiful bottle of cidre and a pastry treat upon our arrival and provided a lovely tradition French breakfast in the morning. We only wish we had stayed more than one night at this wonderful little gem!
