Beautiful building and room in a quiet part of the center of Rochefort, with all conveniences nearby. Very friendly reception and smooth communication. The sauna was wonderful.

'No' is a word we heard a lot this weekend... To begin with we receive a message the day of arrival that the sauna doesn't work. This is very dissapointing as this is the reason we booked a room at this hotel and the room was more expensive because of it. When asking for some type of refund, the answer was no. Breakfast isn't included, even a free breakfast to compensate for the large inconvinience was a simple no. Absolutely no feeling for hospitality or client friendlyness whatsoever. We didn't see Eleonore the entire weekend, nor anayone at the front desk.... It also wasn't possible to use the swimming pool.  To summarize: no sauna, no breakfast, no swimming pool... Just a unfriendly host you don't see and a overpriced room.

The check-in was easy and we were able to store our bikes safely. We booked dinner and had a superb meal...top class. The rooms were very well appointed...a bit of luxury. Breakfast was also superb. Overall, a great stay here and it's a shame we were only here for 1 night. Eleanor was a lovely host. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I will be back for sure if I'm in the area again.

Everything was very clean. The staff was so polite and very flexible. The interior was very beautiful with paintings. Breakfast was just as you expect and delicious.

It's a nice place in a nice quiet location near the centre of Rochefort. The rooms are big and comfortable and well decorated and fitted. But that is all...

A lovely base to explore the Ardenne region. Beautifully renovated building, large comfortable rooms, excellent value. Wonderful host Eleanore made sure everything was perfect for us. Great breakfasts with copious food, we also recommend dinner in the restaurant.

The house is very nicely presented in neutral colours and very tasteful furnishings. The location is very central in the town but on a quiet square with free parking. There are numerous excellent restaurants within a two minute walk.

“Cosy and beautiful get away in the center of Rochefort”

We are a couple, who stayed three days and were really impressed with the dedication and politeness of the staff. Very kind host! Breakfast was excellent, diverse and fresh, it would be nice to have a bit more wholewheat options. The room was very comfortable, clean and well lit. The pool is well maintained, there is also a nice garden green space to relax. There is also sauna which we did not manage to try out because it was very hot outside. Overall, if you are looking for a calm and relaxing environment, we would highly recommend it.

Beautifully renovated house, with a very stylish interior right in the center of Rochefort. Eleanore is an exceptional host and, although we’re vegan and we know that can be hard, served us delicious dinners. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic as well, with avocado, choices of bread, muesli and fruits. The garden with the pool is a great place for a drink before dinner. We stayed for 3 nights and truly enjoyed it, thanks Eleanore!

“Beautiful boutique hotel”

We had a great stay at Madame Crepin. The place is beautiful, staff very friendly and professional. Food is delicious. We enjoyed our weekend very much and would definitely return!
