“Wonderful stay”

We really enjoyed staying at Marchesi Insica Winery Lodge, you could feel how much love and care had been put in the property and the surroundings. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, the owners very welcoming. Thank you for such a nice stay!

With a history of almost a 1000 years, this unique place carries vibes beyond describable. If one wants to experience amazing food with an amazing ambiance, this would be my top recommendation in this region. Would definitely recommend adding dinner with your stay!

Beautiful setup in an old winery.

As soon as you enter the grounds you’re in a peaceful oasis. The staff was kind and professional. Patricia was lovely and knowledgeable when we did the wine tasting with her. Maria served us breakfast and we loved her sense of humor. She provided excellent customer service, as did Patricia. Francesca, the owner, was also very friendly. The wines and dinner are wonderful.

I loved everything about the facility. Since I arrived right after Christmas, everything in the town was closed. The staff at the facility were wonderful and took great care of me. The owners are probably the best people in the world. The staff was polite and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was very delicious. I also did a wine tasting, and their wines were great. They definitely provide 10/10 service. I’m thinking of coming back in the summer. Also, thank you, Mr. Filiberto, for everything :)

Everything it was perfect ! Rooms, breakfast, dinner and wines were perfect. Clean and large rooms, delicious dinners with many options, good breakfast. Wines was the best barbera that we have taste!

The best experience we have ever had! Starting from the moment of arrival until the moment we left. The staff and the owner were very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We got to know a lot about the location, wine, as well as were given recommendations of what else to see in the region. The room was big and beautifully designed; the food was absolutely excellent! Highly recommended!

Terrific stay in the Winery Lodge with again a warm welcome for our family. Beautifull family room and air conditioning. Big compliment for the staff and their hospitality. They even prepared a pie/cake for our son's birthday. And the dinner was good with superb wines from the the Winery. Thank you again.

Stopped here on the way back from Verona, following a little research when originally planning our journey...Surroundings were aesthetically pleasing, felt at home straight away, great friendly service, tasting was excellent without being pretentious - 4 or 5 wines and accompanying cheese/meats......The owners were very accommodating especially towards dietary needs, in fact all the staff were exceptional. We had the wine tasting and small tour, which was very informative, followed by a 6 course dinner, including catering for GF and Veggie. Rooms were comfortable and had good amenities. Thoroughly recommend and wished we had stayed for a few nights....sitting in the courtyard, having dinner as dusk set in was very pleasant indeed...and of coirse the wine was great too. Not sure when, but we will go back again.
