“Great simple place to stay well located in the Dolomites”

Great location with good parking space. Short walk from nearest shop and a short drive to Marmolada. It's a simple but comfortable place to stay. We only stayed for one night before moving on to our next place. Great option for this at this price.

A big plus is the presence of a balcony, a dishwasher , temperature control in housing and parking.

This is not a review for the apartment we booked. We received a message from the managing company that there was a problem with the gas and they had to move us to a different place. The moved us 10 minutes drive away to Appartamento Dolomiti Alleghe. Not in the area we booked but we didn’t have any choice. The apartment itself was not bad. It had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds in my opinion were very bad, but that is very personal, my partner said they were okay. The furnishings in the living room were extremly poor quality though, a very uncomfortable sofa for 2 people and a dining table and chairs. The freezer wasn’t working. The original apartment I chose seemed a lot better than this one, but again, we didn’t have a choice. I asked for a check out time of 11 instead of 10 and was refused this. I can accept the change of apartment, the low quality furniture, the different area from where we originally booked, but really, to deny a one hour extension on the check out time?! Very, very poor customer service, especially under the circumstances. Also, the automated system they use for messages is terrible, I got so many messages it was totally confusing. I really would prefer to speak to a human.

This is very unacceptable. Given a phone number, nobody called us from the reception, and the owner took a long time until answered. The boiler was not working even after the resert, we looked at the manual and it seems to have an issue. In the end we took a freezing cold bath. We had to sleep in a cold room after a freezing shower. I want a refund for this night please.

Clean and tidy Interesting location in a small / local village - but quite a-lot of driving involved. Space close-by to park car. Landlord is pretty on-top of things.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Dolomites area. The flat on the top floor was exactly what we needed, and the self-check-in and check-out were very convenient. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and visiting lovely, quiet mountain villages in this area. Recommended!

Nice location. Well equipped. Well refurbished.

100% clean, new and nice

The neighbourhood was nice and quiet, and the apartment was easy to find. It was clean and was like as we expected it. There was enough room to our stuff and the beds were comfortable.

Clean and large apartments, warmth, well-equipped kitchen, close to bus stop, only 6km from Marmolada ski lift, check in on line. Good and helpful service from the staff.

It is a very good location for a good money. Very nice apartment. Dishwasher is practical and also we enjoyed gas cooker, it is much more cook-friendly than electric cooker.

Nice and big apartment, with 8 chairs at the table, and confy beds for me and my homies.

The apartment was really tidy and clean, so very comfortable, luminous, the balcony offers a lovely view on the street.
