At check in the staff was amazing, so friendly. Shuttle driver was great..picked us up when we called. Its a small quaint place. Pool was under renovations, but that was ok. The shuttle took us to one of the cayes. Was a beautiful private relaxed island.

The stuff is very rude and not helpful. There were mosquitos in the room, I was bitten by them. The room had bad smell. Very bad sound isolation, could hear conversations and TV from other rooms. There were often problems with hot water.

Roatan Yacht Club is an excellent place to stay. The staff is amazing! The food in the restaurant is delicious!

“The dive shop is awesome!”
If it wasn’t for Jose and Chris I wouldn’t have much good to say. Both Jose and Chris made the stay. they took us diving and showed us the Big French Key. The diving was full service, I asked to see an animal and they always delivered. They really are the best part of the hotel. It is next to a large grocery store and it has a few places to eat in the area.

The location was amazing and the staff were exceptional. I have a seafood allergy and our 3 meals there went off without a hitch! The room we had also had a large private balcony which we enjoyed!
