The hotel is a lovely refurbishment of an old bank, complete with the vault in the dining room. The restaurant is good and the staff served us gladly even though we arrived late. Handy for looking around Roanoke (though there's not much to see). Our room (deluxe king) was very large and comfortable.

Everything was absolutely wonderful about our stay at The Liberty Trust! From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly and helpful to us (special shout out to Christine who checked us in and made us feel so welcome). The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable. The complimentary “chef’s bite” is such a special touch and absolutely delicious! The check out is also later than most which is a real plus as it meant we weren’t rushing around trying to get everything sorted for an early leave time. Parking isn’t on site but is literally just over the road (you can see it from the front door!!) and you can park outside the hotel while checking in/out which makes life a lot easier.

“Fantastic hotel”

Hotel, staff, room, facilities, location. Everything was perfect. Even the 9 bucks for parking was reasonable. Bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. Bang in the middle of downtown Roanoke so close to everything. Staff were incredibly nice. Hotel itself was very classy, very unique. I highly recommend the transport museum round the corner if you're into that kind of thing. I could have stayed there all day.

Great hotel! We were a bit wary because we read some reviews about noise, but we didn't notice any at all! The building is super interesting, especially the mail chutes :D Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
