“Days in => out”

Stains on the sheets, old carpets everywhere in the hotel, enamel of the bad tub peeling of, mold on the walls, asked for a refund not possible got another room that was worse, smell of urine mor mold window broken with view on a green water pool. Don't book here.

“Overnight Convenience & Comfort”

Easy, last-minute booking process. Check-in was efficient and courteous. Room was very clean with ample room and easy access via the stairway. Was able to park my car directly below my room. Amenities were adequate (tea/coffee) and vending machines at the end of the corridor. Beds were very comfortable. Check-out was easily achieved online. For an overnight stay while traveling, DaysInn (Roanoke) was good value for money.

It was conveniently off the highway. I was driving from Austin, TX to NYC and this was night two, so it was nice to have this stop right along my route and right off the interstate. The staff was really friendly, the text messages from the hotel were helpful. I was able to project my arrival (later in the evening) even when in traffic and accounting for my timezone shift mistake. They were very accommodating.

The reception staff member when we checked in was very helpful, recording somewhere to eat and getting us into our room as keycard didn’t work. Clean comfy bed. Breakfast was basic but better than most of this type.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful; we came through just as the South East was being hit by Storm Helene, and so we suddenly needed to be here for an extra night rather than journeying onwards. This was accommodated quickly and sympathetically, and we were able to remain in the same room despite only booking another night at 9am on the morning we should have left.

Breakfast area is really small

We are road tripping and just needed a stop halfway and like my other review on Wyndham hotels it's perfect for the money you pay, I love the places.
