“I would definitely book another stay trusting the mattress in this room was an outlier.”
Breakfast at the Bistro restaurant was excellent! Room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and mostly comfortable.

“Handy, comfy crash-space near airport”
Cannot rate the staff here highly enough; they were friendly, accommodating and responsive. Shuttle from airport was quick and driver lovely. Room was sizeable, spotless and well-appointed. Bed was large and very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

No heavy cream for the coffee in the Starbucks. There’s no reason to call it a Starbucks. If you can’t get heavy cream, I’m on the keto diet. There’s no reason why I couldn’t have heavy cream, except that they were too lazy to order it and keep it in stock, pitiful, pitiful, pitiful

“This would have been a great stay, except for the person who was running the eatery.”
The staff person at the front desk was wonderful during our check-in process. She was helpful, courteous and efficient. The same was true during our check out.
