“Convenient and comfortable hotel close to airport”
Very clean hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed. The sort of place you look forward to after a long day away from home. Small but calm breakfast room with fruit available. Plus there is a shuttle on demand that takes you from the hotel to the airport in 5min (would have loved to have it the other way round as well when I got there). Many thanks to the nice lady driving the shuttle! Much appreciated southern hospitality.

“Not Comfortable”
Cleanliness was definitely an issue. The carpet in the room was filthy. When I stepped in the shower the water turned black from the bottom of my feet. The room was dark and dingy,what’s with all the brown? Brown walls brown furniture, dark dingy rug. Yuck. I used to love staying in the Comfort Inns. This was not comfortable.

The location great in relation to the airport. Breakfast was ok, but I think I'm just used to the little extras from some of the other places I've stayed

The hotel indicates to provide a free shuttle service to the airport. Unfortunately, the service operates only at very distinct hours which are not transparent or reliable (I indicated in my booking that I would arrive at the airport in the evening and despite getting a confirmation that there would be a shuttle service, it actually didn't operate. For the next morning, one staff said the shuttle service would be available until 10am the next morning, but then the service was only available until 9am...). Knowing at which hours the shuttle service operates would have been very helpful.
