“Stay somewhere else.”
Our booking was cancelled by the property with 5 hours notice. As we were travelling we were unaware of it. On arrival we were told there was a problem with no water or electricity to the cabins. It seemed odd that we could see lights on the cabins and water and lights in the restaurant. I’m an experienced traveller and this is a first for me. The only redeeming action by the staff was to contact alternate accomodation in Peje.

This resort is situated in a beautiful forest, but is also easily accessible by road. The beautiful nature, pleasant summer temperatures and clean mountain air are the best things about this place. It also reminds a bit of Twin Peaks as there is a lumber factory just down the road :) Breakfast was excellent both days, as well as the dinner. Mountain Hajla can be seen from the terrace.

The room was cozy, clean and nice. We arrived later in the evening, which was no problem for them. The blanket was so comfy and warm which we needed. We only came here to sleep for one night but we liked it here. The staff was nice too.

“Fantastic departure into nature!”
Excellent location in nature with very comfortable beds. The staff even provided a small heater for the room which made it extra comfortable after cycling from Kosovo.

Despite quick order confirmation and advance payment from my side, the facility was closed, nobody in there. I called few times the number stated in order confirmation, nobody picked up. Until today nobody contacted me and apologised, nor I got my money back. Price was stated incl. breakfast but the restaurant was closed as well, totaly dead place. Hereby I ask booking.com for the assitance and return of 46,80 EUR to my account.
