“Ok for short stays, if you are ok with rustic.”
The view was incredible, overlooking the harbour. The breakfast was good, though one had the sense the staff were a bit put out to be making the guest breakfast. I liked when the bats emerged from the rafters in the evening - magical. The pub across the road, aptly called 'The Pub', served very good food.

Hotel was nicely located. Great views of Road Town harbour and surrounds. Common area spacious, good views. Soaker pool was very nice

Location, view, history. Staff was helpful, especially arranging taxi. Breakfast was good. Not too long of a walk to The Pub or Rite Way.

“Expensive & Lack of Customer Service”
Expensive but no substance. Asked not to be disturbed by housekeeping on a morning but they knocked and continued banging regardless. On another day, requested a clean but this was ignored. Several times inquired about local transport but only ever offered a Taxi (If I'd have wanted a taxi, I'd have used this word - I used the word bus). Overall, I've paid less for more luxury and service elsewhere so wouldn't recommend.

“Nice spacy rooms”
The room was enormous and pretty clean, lots of light and balcony space. They had American television and the staff were very useful with recommendations and booking taxis etc.

“I cannot recommemd this hotel for any visitor”
The first two Members of staff were very good despite the challenges they faced. The third staff member was completely disinterested
