“The most amazing place we have ever stayed.”

All I can say about this property is that it is perfect. Me and a group of 7 friends stayed here for the week and it was amazing. The villa was the best place we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were extremely attentive and thoughtful. We got gifted platters of food, any requests were dealt with instantly such as more fire lighters and coal needed for the BBQ. We would never hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and are looking at coming back ourselves in the near future.

The house, the facilities and the hosts were all amazing. We are also incredibly grateful for the amazing food we received from the hosts- a super kind gesture. The house became our home for the week. The pool was unbelievable too. I hope you enjoyed having us as much as we enjoyed staying and we hope to one day return again!

“A fabulous week in a superb villa”

The villa is superb, large bedrooms, fabulous bathrooms and a pool with sunbeds and a comfortable seating area and a BBQ. The veranda with its large dining table is a perfect place to sit, eat and chat in the evenings and watch the house martins swoop in and out of their nests feeding their young. There is a pool table in the basement which provided much entertainment! The kitchen is well equipped and Domigoj and his family are so welcoming and helpful. The area is quiet and the villa is surrounded by fields and mountains with wonderful views from every room. We have stayed in a lot of villas over the years and this is top of the list.

The Villa is very modern and has all the facilities of a 5 star accommodation. It’s located in a valley surround by hills on three side and is simply stunning. It’s very peaceful, serene and not overlooked. It’s about 20 mins by car from Split city centre and 30 mins from Split airport. You can just stay at the villa to enjoy the big heated pool, games area, wine cellar etc – has everything you need. Or hire a car and make day trips (has private parking). There is a bakery and supermarket 5 mins by car. The accommodation is substantial, we were four older couples but it can easily accommodate more people very comfortably. The upstairs bedrooms have their own large lounges so families can have their own space. There is a main lounge downstairs with a big smart TV and WiFi throughout the Villa. We had a great welcome by the family, who own the Villa. They live nearby and were at hand with help and information without impinging on our privacy. They have owned and worked the hillside for over 700 years and you can still see the ruins of the original stone house their ancestors built, high up on the hill. If you are into gardening or want to know Croatian history then don’t hesitate to speak to them. The Villa and the family who host this was way above not just my expectation but every person in our group – and we have travelled extensively in Europe.

We liked the fact that it is super comfortable luxury type villa with a lot of personal space for our big family. Very beautiful mountain view. We felt a lot of warm care from owners family. This place gives a lot of opportunity to spend time, we especially liked very big swimming pool, in 21st of July 2023 temperature of water was 29 C. Good parking space for our big and tall car. Two good shops with no crowd in 5 minutes (by car). Convenient road to Omiš and Brela through Tugare without traffic jam.
