Awesome villa! We enjoyed our stay there so much that allmost didnt get to go anywhere else :) Great pool, bbq & outside area. Inside there was everything we needed and more. Villa owners were really helpfull with everything we asked.

Fabulous pool, very comfortable beds, sophisticated Weber gas bbq. Smaller shallow pool integral to the large pool so great for children and grass surround with play house

Upon arrival the villa was extremely clean and tidy. We were greeted by the family and shown around and left some lovely treats. The villa was perfect for our needs, they have everything needed to cook and live in for a week. The bedrooms felt very homely and the beds were comfortable. The pool was lovely, long enough to swim and the kid area was perfect for our little 2 year old to play and cool off. The kids wendy house was a HUGE hit with our daughter who used it every day. The villa has lots of outside space both in and out of the sun and the sun beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, there is a generous amount of spices, oil and tea/coffee. Having spare dishwasher tablets was a very nice touch as it saves buying a full box when you only need a few for a week. The views from the villa are stunning, both the mountains and the sea front. Very well designed to cut out neighbours without losing the lovely views

Amazing Villa which has been thoughtfully equipped, is clean and good quality beds. Very comfortable to stay in that much that we sometimes we didn’t leave all day. Owners are very helpful and generous. We loved our stay and recommend highly.

The property was lovely! The owner had left a couple of beers in the fridge and a good selection of snacks for when we arrived, which was much appreciated. On the first floor there were 3 double bedrooms, each with plenty of storage, a landing, with a shoe rack, and a large shower room. Two of the bedrooms had a shared balcony, overlooking the sea view, pool and garden.. The ground floor had a kitchen diner with a separate lounge area., a bathroom and a separate W.C. Both the lounge and kitchen had a TV. The WiFi was very good. Outside there is a large private pool with a terrace, garden and sea views. The garden area is large enough for a game of football, for two people. and conveniently separated from the outside seating area, which enjoyed shade because of the tiled roof. The rest of the garden, terrace and pool areas benefitted from full sun throughout the day and early evening.. Location wise, it was a 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and about 25 minutes from Split. Most people would need a car to stay here. The house has modern tasteful décor and the bed was very comfortable, there were only two of us, so we only used one bedroom. It was very clean. We used the dining area more that the lounge in the evening, which was just a personal choice, as we found the seating more comfortable at the dining table. A caretaker type lady lived within walking distance and was on hand for any queries. We had to ask her to show us how to use the none pressure based water system. It was more like an emersion heater than a combi boiler arrangement, so you had to turn the boiler on and wait about 15 minutes for the small tank to heat, then turn the shower on and get in as soon as possible to prevent the hot water being used too quickly. This was not a bad thing just a different thing.

Exactly like the photos, fantastic facilities, immaculately clean, stunning! Brilliant communication. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as it is not really walkable to anywhere but super quiet and relaxed!

“The perfect holiday villa in a beautiful location”

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and were even treated to some refreshments by the hosts. The villa is located in a quiet residential area which is perfect for having a relaxing holiday, and yet it is still close enough to the beach, grocery stores, and local restaurants. There is also a bus stop just a few minutes walk away with a direct line to the center of Split. The villa is has absolutely everything anyone could need. We stayed for 10 days, so having a washing machine and ironing facilities was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, including an ice machine and coffee machine. The overall facilities are fantastic, and the villa itself is modern and clean. The pool and outdoor area is large and private, and the view to the ocean is stunning. The hosts were wonderful throughout the whole visit, and they even came to change the bedding and towels half-way through our stay. We cannot thank them enough for their kind hospitality :) I highly recommend this villa to anybody who wants to visit Split while staying in a more peaceful and less touristic area. We cannot wait to visit again!

We had an incredible stay at the villa, located a quick drive from the city centre. The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming and informative and greeted us upon arrival to show us around and provide some information. This villa itself was extremely well equipped and decorated. Very modern and comfortable. There is also a lovely view from the house overlooking the city and sea which was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the pool and outside area. It was nicely covered, provided privacy from the neighbours and was very spacious. We accidentally left some items behind when leaving and the hosts very kindly informed us and returned our belongings free of charge! Many thanks for that. All of this for a very great price. We would love to stay again.
