Ali is a great host - he is friendly and super helpful. The property is lovely and clean, well equipped and in a great located for exploring the area.

We were greeted by the owner Ali’s sister and his daughter. We were early for booking in but not a problem our accommodation was ready. The A frame house was a delight. Plenty of room for 3 or more. Very comfy beds and lovely balcony to sit on with large table and 4 chairs. BBQ also provided. Super area to explore the Karpaz and surrounding area. Extremely good breakfast provide by Ali. Very fresh and lovely bread with marmalade and choc spread plus tea and coffee. but super facilities in the accommodation. Free Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney plus, amazing. We left wanting to return with a smile on our faces and a gift from the owners. Wonderful stay in a lovely area. Lovely and peaceful.

Really lovely home-made breakfast each morning we stayed. Aircon works great to keep the accommodation cool, nice patio to relax outside on in the evenings. Hosts were very friendly, gave recommendations of things to do in local area including a nice beach a 5 minute drive away.

“The perfect getaway”

Upon arrival we met the host Ali, a lovely guy full of all the correct information and had the answer to all of our questions. The breakfast provided hit the spot and we would say that its a lovely touch that is brought straight to your own balcony. When in the Karpaz we had a slight car situation, however, Ali was there to help us and we couldn't thank him enough. All and all we would like to thank Ali and his family we had a lovely time.

Very comfortable accommodation within 5 minutes of our favourite beach! Fabulous home made breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

The owner of the facility was very friendly and he literally run to our every need. In addition to the beauty of the houses, there was more than our need for kitchen utensils, and there was even a netflix membership waiting for us. Also, the breakfast was very good. Barbecue opportunity is also a nice detail.

Cozy small houses. Owner is easily reachable via WhatsApp. Breakfast is included and served daily on the balcony. Easy parking. Many nice beaches are reachable in a few minutes by car. We got two magnets looking like the house, very nice gesture 😄

“Welcoming and cosy”

Lovely base to explore the area, comfortable, host was welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Kids loved it and want to stay again!! Possibly a few more kitchen utensils or an air fryer so you can cook a bit easier if you don’t want to use the bbq! Otherwise it was fabulous

“Beautiful setting, perfect for a few nights away”

The loft house was clean & warm (we went on a very cold weekend in Feb!). The beds were very comfortable, lovely hot water & soft towels. The breakfast was absolutely delicious & still hot considering the poor owner had to bring it to us in 2 trips in freezing cold temps!
