“It was amazing experience”
It was wonderful experience at check in we requested if they have connection room available for family and they happily accepted the request and finds the connection room which really helpful with young kids sleeping in other room. Breakfast was best in all of our turkey trip and variety of options for all ages and cultural backgrounds. Parking available, and very friendly staff.

The hotel is outside the city, which is great for me because I have easy access to and from the city since I use my car. Everything is available, comfortable, clean, the rooms are big, and the breakfast is excellent.

“Overall the stay was decent”
The location is good for a drive to Ayder mountain (1.5hrs as opposed to 2.5hrs from Trabzon) and to Uzngol lake & mountains (equal distance from Trabzon as well). But you dont get the feel of living near the nature at this hotel. Breakfast was very ordinary. communicating in english is bit of a challenge if you have to make custom orders from the room service menu.
