“Heartfelt hospitality”
The hotel showed great flexibility in opening the breakfast buffet, which was thoughtful gesture. Their homemate breads and butters were truly exceptional. Above all, the staff extended genue warmth and hospitality that made the say memorable.

The very friendly and helpfull staff. We even received a plate full of delicious watermelon and biscuits to welcome us. They drop us of at the bus station on our last day. Everythin we need for our stay.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were so good and room and toilet were exceptional. We found them there for us to park the car.. Loved them how helpful they were. We also love the location in the middle of the city and near by all the restaurants and shops and supermarkets.

The hotel situated in the city centre.. Rooms was vast and very clean.. Bed were completely comfortable. Mostly I liked very much was very attentive staff, always smiling and suggesting help

When I arrived to the hotel, the reception, welcomed really friendly and explain me all the information that I need for my stay. Also, informed that in the lobby there is access to cay and coffee all the time, which is really nice. I received a room at the first floor and I was surprised that the room was so big. It was a room for 4 persons. The room was nice, with comfort beds. The showers were clean and full staffed. But, I think that the biggest plus of my stay was the breakfast buffet. Really nice selection of cold and hot food. Also, I have to say all the kindest words to the kitchen lady. She told me that soon they will have Menemen, which I didn't understand, but once she brought it, she specially prepared for me a dish.
