The services are excellent, the place is nice, clean and quiet, the welcome is great, the owner of the place is wonderful and cheerful, and the food service is excellent. I really like this place and recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice vacation.

“Horrible experience”
Water heater was not working properly . Stayed for one night and was a very bad experience. I reported when I check in that there is something wring with water heater. Was not fixed. Did not make benefit at all from the jacuzzi as there was not hot water to fill it which why I originally booked this overpriced room. Not only that, in the evening, I did not even find hot water to take a shower and ended up taking a cold shower in the cold weather and slept shivering and with shampoo in my hair as I could not complete my horrible cold shower!!!! Booking did not do take any actions towards the property and the owner refused to do even a partial refund to compensate me for having this horrible experience and ruining the night that I was staying in Rize. He said that I am making a big deal for a small problem which really shows that he does not understand the core of his business. The minimal at any hotel is simply sleep and shower!!!! He kept taking pictures of me while having breakfast to claim to booking that she stayed and she ate breakfast so I am not refunding anything which is absolutely shocking way to deal with customers!!!!!!! He kept arguing to booking the problem is solved, but when???? the next day when I was checking out??? I was tortured while having a cold shower in the winter and slept with Shampoo in my head and he is saying this is a small problem!!!! In addition to this, there is no heating in the bedroom, only an AC in the living and it is a big space so it does not reach inside!!!! Also the jaccuzzi was leaking and there is electricity as you see in the photo, I hope no one gets electrocuted because of this

I really recomment it .very good location relaxing with the river voice and getting your breakfast next to the river.room.is too.big. the the hotel is owned by kind family which they are serving you like a part of thier family. I really recommend it. Noting that you can do many activities next to the hotel like rafting.ziplines and swings etc.
