“A Dreamy Place”
For me this was a dream come true. It is a spacious house with 3 bedrooms. It had a balcony and a porch. Moreover there were 2 seating areas outside, one covered and one open. You enjoy complete privacy and unrestricted view and access of the river. The owners were very hospitable and kind. They made us fresh breakfast every morning. I enjoyed my time with my family both inside and outside the house. I highly recommend this place.

“Beautiful mountain cabin”
We enjoyed our stay in the cozy wooden cabin and relaxing outside in the private seating areas overlooking the river. The host family were most welcoming and cooked us a hearty breakfast every day with delicious local ingredients and homemade jams. They made us feel at home.

“Absolutely Amazing Stay”
Beautiful house set in the foothills of Ardesen mountain with…. Firtina River running alongside. This property is a rare gem, truly designed to be a cozy home away from home. The attention to detail is amazing. The owners built the home for themselves and then decided to turn it into a a holiday home, so you can feel the love and passion as soon as you enter the home. Everything was absolutely neat, tidy and comfortable. I could stay here forever. Breakfast was a little feast , lovingly prepared by our hosts. Traditional cheeses, breads, the tastiest menemen and even homemade kiwi jams, made by Özlem herself. Everything was delicious and the breakfast setting was amazing. I also love that the property is very accessible yet still completely immersed in nature. There are so many mediocre properties in this area but I can promise you that this one will leave you wishing that you had stayed longer. We travel often and my teenage children all agreed that this is up there with one of the best places we’ve ever rented

As usual, one of the most beautiful places for us and we will always keep on booking this amazing place. This is our 4th time to stay at Dere Evi and we are in love with it. The place and the owners never failed us. Turan and his wife are amazing people, they are so friendly, kind and very helpful. We truly consider this as our 2nd home.

I absolutely lovvved everything this place, from its facilities to the outdoor setting, to the soothing river to the gorgeous landscape of mountains. Most importantly, the friendliest kind of people who were absolutely hospitable and welcoming and spend time showing us the beautiful scenery of the surrounding mountains and villages. I would give Turan and his family place and experience 20 stars out of 10 :))

Everything! From the house to the facilities to the host and the family! This is our first accomodation in Rize after Cappadocia. It was a long long drive. Turan communicated with us regarding our arrival time, and helped us arrange dinner n wine knowing that we will arrive late. And he waited for us all that time! It was the next day that i realised he doesnt stay there. Breakfast was delicious, set in the little hut outside the house, right next to the creek. His family left us a beautiful first impression of the area! Wish we had more time to explore!

The host Mr. Turan was so kind, friendly and very supportive. He helped me to arrange rafting activity. He was very welcoming with his wife and nice kid. They provided us with exceptional breakfast on the river which was amazing. The location is perfect just on the river with spectacular views from the room and the dining outdoor area. The villa is having great privacy and villa decoration is a piece of art. All details that you might need to feel at home is there and more than expected. Wifi connection was great and this villa with the host and his great service is a real deal that worth to spend every minute inside the villa. It worth to be a destination by itself for relaxing and family gothering. 10 out of 10 on all aspects. Consider to stay minimum two nights without going out of the villa and you will get what i mean and great value of your money.
