Dimitri and his lovely family are amazing hosts - you can tell they genuinely want you to have an amazing stay, it's just just a job for them, it's a source of pride! - we've stayed in Riza before but Dimitri was still able to recommend things to do and places to go which we'd not found before. Apartment was as it looks - I think it represents great value for money. - we will be back.

This place is wonderful! The most beautiful place to stay. The family who run this place make sure you have everything you need. From the welcome basket of food to coffees and sweetened fruit. Our holiday was truly memorable and I cannot rate this place enough. Situated between Preveza and Parga so able to explore both. A car a must to explore this wonderful area of Greece. Everything was perfect in every way. Hosts are very welcoming and kind, they let us in as soon as we arrived even thogh it was much earlier then check in time. They gave us many information about the area, welcomed us with homemade sweets and coffee. The accommodation is very spacious, with huge terrace and beutiful sea view and sunset. You can use the pool, washing machine. The baker comes every morning and you can choose from many fresh pastries. We loved it very much, especially peace and quiet and privacy.

Excelent, comfortable accommodation (apartment equipped with anything you might need for) and location for those looking for serene and cozy atmosphere, very well positioned as a base to explore the beaches between Parga and Preveza! We are visiting Greece for 15 years now and this is one of the best accommodation we discovered! Very green and well kept garden! We were very lucky to find availability at Villa Alex and we will surely come back on our next holiday! And above all these, the owners of this heaven are giving their best of the genuine Greek hospitality! We came as quests and we left as close friends!

This is a great apartment within easy walking distance of the beach. The Villa had a pool which was an added bonus. We planned to stay for only two nights, but enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much, we stayed a further two nights. The thing that made this particular stay so special, was the Host - Marguerite. She was delightful and made us feel like part of the family. She is a truely extraordinary host. We recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to relax and is a good base to visit the nearby areas (which Marguerite can advise you on). You will need a car is all.

Perfect House with perfect Apartments. Very clean, big and well furnished and nothing was missing. The balcony huge and a beautiful sea view. Very good and stable Wi-Fi. The owner was absolutely gorgeous and brilliant. We highly recommend this.

I don’t think I have ever had a stay were I felt such warmth from the hosts. Margarita, Eleftheria and Dimitris have been great! Keep on like this! The location is amazing, the vistas stunning and overall the place is very tidy, clean and cozy.
