“An option if you’re on a budget, but hotel isn’t new by any standards.”
Very friendly staff, clean bed sheets. Received a free upgrade, which was very nice. The shower was clean, even though a smell came out of it when you used it. It wasn’t really bad, but also not pleasant. When the shower wasn’t running, it would go away. The breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy. The egg station is nice though.

“Great choice for 4-5 day holiday in Riyadh”
The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb, and one of the best bits of our trip. Samir, the hotel manager, was a wonderful host; nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make recommendations to enhance our trip. The staff serving breakfast were very friendly and attentive. A very good base from which to explore Riyadh’s older quarters and newer central business district.

A huge thank you to Nawaf and Dina at reception for their outstanding service. I’ve read so many positive reviews about Dina, and I completely agree—her attitude, professionalism, and amazing energy truly make every guest’s experience special and memorable. Breakfast was fantastic! Mr. Nasr Aldin greeted guests every morning with a smile, and Chef Ahmed ensured the food was perfect. The restaurant team consistently delivers an impressive experience. A special mention to Mohamed and the housekeeping team for their quick and efficient work—the rooms are always spotless! Room service was excellent too—fast, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible staff who go above and beyond for all their guests!
