The hotel is at a good location in the Olaya district, a few minutes' walk from the Alinma Bank metro station. It's about a 15-minute walk -- or one metro station -- from the Kingdom Tower. The rooms are spacey and very well insulated from any outside noise. The staff is chilled -- kind of invisible in a good sense, but they are there if you need something. In a nice gesture, Saudi coffee and dates are available in the lobby.

“Centrally located, comfortable rooms & helpful staff”

In the shadow of Kingdom Tower and right on King Fahad Road, the Awfad Hotel was easy to reach and very centrally located for all my meetings. The staff was superb, going out of their way to help with any transport queries, registration, providing a room upgrade, and great service at the large breakfast buffet. A special shout out to Ghader and Hamad for their kind hospitality and helpful support. I'll see you next time!

“Nice hotel overall but I would choose a different area to stay next time.”

The location is quite central yet as it is in the middle it is quite far from everything. The way the city is displayed it has some attractions further north and others further south, therefore we needed to take a taxi or metro whenever we wanted to go somewhere (to be honest, the heat doesn't allow you to walk much either). Still, the metro station was really close from the property and the sky tower is within a walking distance too.

My best stay in Riyadh so far. Value for money, got a free uograde, the room was huge very clean and quiet. No drain smells or noise.very confortable bed with 2 set of pillows one softer one harder, overall a very pleasant experience
