Accommodation is soundproofed and air-conditioned. Some rooms have outdoors balconies. Jana Restaurant offers a daily full International buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tea Lounge offers sandwiches, salads and freshly made beverages overlooking the gardens and Al Mashrabiya is an authentic Lebanese food experience every weekend with live fresh barbecue in the middle of the gardens. Kids club is available during weekends. Mashreq Spa offers inimitable authentic Moroccan Hammam in addition to private massage rooms for guests seeking a relaxing experience. A state of art gym with fitness trainers and an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and complimentary toiletries and towels with a changing facility. “Would like my documents to be provided.”
I have requested to provide hotel bill in relation to room number 202 for the period 12 Jan - 20 Jan 2026 numerous times through Booking.com and directly with the hotel. I did not receive any feed back although these documents are obligatory for accounting and the hotel is not providing them, which is 1/bad client service, 2/ violation of Consumer Protection Law and Commercial / Accounting Compliance.

Excellent staff, especially cleaning gentlemen. Beautiful authentic Moroccan spa. Excellent breakfast with best lentils soups I’ve ever had! A very nice traditional boutique hotel.

“Marvelous Boutique Hotel!”
A wonderful "staycation"! It gave me the sensation of being in a different country. The details and the great service is characteristic of the place. An Oasis in the middle of a concrete desert like Riyadh.
