Very bright, comfortable and spacious apartment. There was everything from dishes and beautiful large outdoor terrace. A comfortable and spacious kitchen-living room, with good equipments and an oven. The heating was individually controlled, and it was warm and comfortable in winter, that is very rare in small cities… 👍🏻 There is a free parking place under the house, very convenient 👌🏻

“Great choice in Rivotorto with an amazing view to the beautiful Assisi”
We had a fantastic stay in Rivotorto, just a 10-minute drive from Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is perfect—quiet, with cafés and a market nearby. Our host Claudia was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Well equipped, modern and clean apartment with a great view of Assisi from a very big terrace. Very nice owner who welcomed us with tomatoes and cucumbers from her own garden as well as fresh eggs. Highly recommended.

“Highly recommend apartment and beautiful host.”
Our favourite apartment in Italy. Perfect location away from busy Assisi but close to drive to it and central to all other towns in Umbria we wanted to visit. Apartment was lovely. Super clean and spacious and had everything we needed for such a comfortable 5 night stay. Lovely balcony with views to Assisi which was a perfect spot to relax after busy days tripping around Umbria. Claudia was so lovely and looked after us with recommendations , information and some of her home grown salad and fresh eggs. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Location great for sightseeing around the area, which has beautiful towns/villages. Claudia as hostess is marvellous and very helpful. Apartment spotless and great value for money. Beautiful views from the patio!

We stayed three nights in that apartment and everything was perfect. Extremely clean, spacious apartment. Equipped kitchen with everything you need. For a longer stay, maybe a dishwasher and a washing machine are missing, but everything else is great.Comfortable bed. You also have mosquito nets on the windows. Air conditioning. Huge terrace with a beautiful view of Assisi. The hostess Claudia is an extremely kind, pleasant and accommodating person. She lives in the house next to this one, so she is always at your disposal. There is a supermarket 200m away. There is free parking in front of the building. The location of the apartment is excellent for visiting Umbria. Really we had a nice welcome and a pleasant stay. I would always come back again. 10!

“Beautiful view of Assisi”
Family who owns a place live next door, so it is easy to check in and out. Daughter helps her mother with english and they were very helpfull with printing some documents I forgot at home (thank you again). Apartment is beautiful with big terrace looking at Assisi. Parking is by the building.
