This hotel is the best! Beautiful, clean and comfy room with great decor. Loved the locally sourced and sustainable toiletries. Food was incredible and staff were really warm and welcoming!!

“Parfait!”
Le Sahuc is located on a beautiful and quiet street with a beach close by. You can tell the owner takes hospitality very serious. We were traveling with our 2 year old girl and everything, including dinner and supplies were taken care of. Dinner was amazing and the service even more. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area!

This is a gorgeous location in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, very close to trails. My husband and I had an amazing stay at Le Sahuc. The room was lovely decorated, the toiletries organic and high quality, something that I appreciate very much. We had dinner at the hotel, the food was exceptional. Wish we had stayed a few more nights but we hope to return.

It's surprisingly fantastic. Great hotel rooms, stylish with environmentally conscious products in the rooms. The restaurant is out of this world amazing. Best meal we have had in France.

“excellent and a trip to remember”
Everything! It was such a beautiful venue for a hotel and restaurant. Every little detail was thought of in the bedroom and we were really pleased- from homemade soap, a welcome basket, cosy pillows and hooks everywhere you could imagine needing them. We would highly recommend as this place was honestly perfect. The dinner was excellent as well and very reasonably priced for the experience.

“One of the best hotels we have ever visited. Everything..food, service, comfort was incredible”
The attention to detail in every area of the accommodation was incredible. Organic, home-made soap, a welcome basket, comfortable bed, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was incredible and they adapted a 5 course menu to accommodate a vegan diet. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking.

Chose as an overnight stay en route to France. Room was great - modern design and finished to a high standard. Dinner in the restaurant was one of the best meals we have had for a long time. Superb cooking and beautifully presented.
