A lovely cozy place, perfect for a spontaneous night. If you are aware that its not a 5-star hotel, but a hostel, you will love it. Shower is cold, didnt even bother me, but Ive never found a warm shower in hostels in Nicaragua. Check in and host is very nice and helpful, the streets seem safe, also during the night. Would come again!

The hosts are amazing people. I got sick during my stay and Julieta gave me medicine, tea and took care of me like I was her own. Rex is a great guy and fun to talk to. I felt like home. Close to the city center and some great restaurants/bars.

“Nice place to be in the nature”

Easy access to lake. A bit further from the main scene and closer to locals. Good if you want to be in a more calm place. More of a local experience. KITCHEN! We were craving for one so much, they have a few accessories that are very useful.

The hostel is within walking distance of the centre in a quiet area. The hosts Rex &Julietta are incredibly nice. As a sole traveler I felt very welcome. Thanks Rex for the warm and interesting conversations! It was a gift meeting you!!

“Great low-cost option in Rivas”

Great value option to stay overnight in Rivas for onward travel or longer. Close to the centre and a short cyclecab ride from the Ticabus stop. The room was small but very comfortable, and Rex, the owner, couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again. Rivas itself is very pleasant and definitely underrated.

Hosts are very nice, very good air con, comfy bed and towels provided.

Amazing spot to stop in Rivas, hosts are super friendly, neat and kept clean, close walk to shops. And give great advice for Nicaragua and the local area. Always stay here when I’m in Rivas , Gracias Rex y Julieta :)

The room was very nice and clean, very light & airy meant it never got too hot. Shared bathroom and shower was also very clean. And the kitchen is equipped enough for cooking, however the fridge was not working when we were there.

Everything was perfect. Julieta and Rex are both amazing. Felling like i was at my grandparent’s house (they not that old) but i really appreciate my time there. Julieta is a sunshine and Rex knows absolutely everything about the city and has good recommendations! The room was soo cute, everything was very clean, and the location is just ideal.

This hotel felt like home. The owners are very friendly and helpful. At the hotel there was everything I needed, a comfortable bed, a small kitchen and place to wash your clothes (by hand). Everything was well organized, place ws well maintained and clean.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Julieta and wished I could have stayed longer. The hosts are lovely, and the place is in a great location as it is close to the centre of town and within easy reach of the bus terminal for buses to the border with Costa Rica.
