“A beautiful hotel. An overnight hell.”
I have family in the area, and know Rivanazzano well. It is a beautiful little town with great restaurants and all of them are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff were helpful and very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed very comfortable.

“Terribly disappointed”
we couldn’t use the spa facilities nor the swimming pool (that was the only reason why we went) because you had to pay 40€ more per person and it was only available until 4pm! the check in was only from 2pm so it made no sense. We asked them to use the only the sauna once but they didn’t give us any solution. terrible attention on the day we arrived. They didn’t want to talk to us. Awful experience i don’t recommend it at all.
