It is hard to review our stay because it was so much better than a usual holiday stay. Not only is the apartment well located, brilliantly located and quite lovely in itself but the owners make your stay exceptional. We had a list of all the best places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, where to go walking and how to save on visiting local attractions and facilities. I can’t recommend it more highly.

The location of the apartment is brillant. In the center but far from the main traffic. High standard, the lift for the loggage. The owners are more than polite. Very heplfull and full of trust.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in EVER!! Absolutely faultless, we thought we were the first guests to stay in the apartment after a very high quality renovation but apparently this is what they do, and wow do they do it well. The apartment is beautifully laid out, decorated with great style, all very high quality. We had Lake Garda as a destination but we didn’t know where to stay, having travelled the length of the lake today, there is no doubt we stayed in the most beautiful and dramatic part of the lake, and just 30 mins on a boat to the very busy Limone. Lunch at the Bastione (using the cable car behind the apartment) was a highlight, the views of the lake are incredible. No issues with boats at all. This turned out to be the perfect apartment in the perfect location, so much attention to detail, and so much help ensuring we didn’t get lost on the route and some of our travel paid with a ‘Guest Card’ which was a lovely touch. The hosts are super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very highly recommended.

Luisa and Fabio are the best hosts we have ever encountered. Communication was always excellent. Luisa genuinely tries to ensure that you enjoy your stay and is very proud of her town and the modern style of her apartments which she has designed. The apartment was creatively decorated, functional and spotlessly clean. Location and proximity to the lake are very good. The bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was excellent. All very modern which meant everything worked as expected unlike a lot of other places we stayed in Italy. Also it was the best shower we had in Italy! Location was great, very central and convenient. The host was very helpful and recommended a list of places to eat which were very good. Overall it was a stand out in our trip to Italy. Highly recommend!

“A fabulous stay”

Fantastic location very close to the waterfront, the car park, the ferry stop, restaurants, bars, shopping and major sights - unbeatable. Very modern, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The care, communication, tips and assistance of the hosts could not have been better - just amazing and made everything so easy and enjoyable . Highly, highly recommended.

The place was wonderful and provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Looking forward to the opportunity to stay at the property again in the future. 🌹

Wonderful apartment, very comfortable, clean, modern inside, nicely decorated. Fully equiped. Perfect location - close to bus and boat stations. Restaurants and bar just few steps from the apartment. Possibility to park a car nearby. . Luisa, the owner, very helpful and proactive when comes to good tips where to go, to eat, etc. We love the place. For sure we will come back next year.

“Perfect stay in a fantastic apartment, directly in the historical town of Riva del Garda”

San Rocco is a fantastic apartment directly in the beautiful old town of Riva, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, historical sights and the lake. The apartment was superb, fully equipped with a range of high quality fixtures and fittings, with a very comfortable bed! Luisa is a wonderful and characterful host, she provided full directions to ensure we located the apartment seamlessly, even meeting us at the car parking garage and walking us to the apartment. She provided very useful, practical assistance, including arranging the ZTL authorisation required to bring a car into the historical centre for unloading/loading, lists of restaurants/bars and directed us to a website for a local Trentino pass, which gave us free/discounted access to many of the areas tourist attractions. We cannot say enough about how great our stay was in Riva and San Rocco Apartment.

Luisa is a very friendly and caring host. The apartment is modern, chique, well equipped and the perfect homebase to start exploring the Riva old town. On short notice Luisa provided additional dishwasher tabs and changed the towels due to our 9day stay. We are looking forward to come back to San Rocco Apartments soon. Grazie mille Luisa!

The apartment was very clean and nicely designed. It is located in the middle of the old town, right by the lake. The hosts are lovely people, very friendly and helpful.

“Lovely apartment, great location and a really thoughtful host.”

Excellent location in a secluded square just off the harbour. Really nicely appointed apartment - induction hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, smart TV in both living room and bedroom. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Dedicated parking is nearby and you can drive up to the door to unload baggage. The host is really helpful - very communicative, arranged the parking permit that allowed me to drive through the pedestrian zone to unload the car, arranged for a local guest card with free bus travel and museums, and discounted travel on the lake and other attractions. He was also great with suggestions for restaurants and things to see, and arranged for me to be met to get the keys and show me the apartment. The host also checked in a few times through the stay to make sure everything was OK, and instructions for leaving the apartment were very clear. It really made the stay run smoothly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone without hesitation.
