Everything was perfect at this place: from welcoming wine bottle to capsules for washing/dish machines. We stayed for 4 nights so it was useful that there were some salt/pepper that we would’t need to buy because we were making breakfast and dinner most of the days. Parking great as well :) thank you!

Our stay at San Giaccomo Appartments was lovely! The location is amazing, so calm and surrounded by nature. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need. We would definitely come back to stay here if we are back around Lake Garda.

Nice, peaceful small apartment house with private and safe parking near Riva old town. Olive trees and mountains surrounding. Morning sun to the balcony. The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Comfortable beds and place for hanging clothes. Possibility to wash clothes nice when doing day hikes. Beyond basic amenities provided. Location very convenient e.g. if travelling by car and heading for day trips to mountains further north - no need to drive through the city.

The apartment is in a quiet location, but near a main road, convenient for sightseeing. It is very clean and comfortable, well organized, has everything required for a relaxed stay. There is also a designated parking space. The communication with the owner was very pleasant, and the arrival instructions were very clear, much appreciated!

This is an amazing apartment, one of the best we've stayed in. The pictures don't really show how spacious it is, or how stunning the views are. It's ultra-clean, well-equipped, in a quiet location with a private and secure car park, has adjustable air-conditioning, it was absolutely perfect for us. We were in flat 4 on the top floor and we are a family of five adults. The living room balcony was large enough for us all to sit out, and the two double bedrooms had their own balconies. You can walk to Riva old town centre and the lake in approx 15-20 minutes.

Higly recomend this apartment, all new and clean, very nice designed inside, didnt miss anything, private parking with lot of space, great comunication, close to city centre, will definitelly come back again!

good location, on the quiet outskirts of town but at walking distance from the centre of Riva del garda. Good double bed, complete inventory that allows you to cook yourself ( if you want) and wash some clothes
