Everything was great. The apartment is in excellent condition and you could not ask for a better location. Matteo had a lot of wonderful recommendations regarding where to eat, where to go and what to do. It was highly appreciated.

We had an overwhelmingly nice stay. The host was excellent, the car parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for accessing the lake and other local attractions.

Great accommodation and host :-) We spent a week here and were absolutely satisfied. The apartament is very clean, excellently equipped, the air conditioning is fully functional. Location on the 2nd floor, but with an elevator. It is 200 meters from the center of Riva and 400 meters from the beaches. Shops are nearby and fully stocked. The parking space is in the underground garage, it is secured but very accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet. Big thanks also to the host Matteo, who was very helpful, prepared everything, also personally welcomed us and instructed us on everything we needed. He was reachable on Whats app during the entire stay. We will be very happy to come back again. Jan

“Very clean and newly renovated spacious apartment just outside the old town.”

Very clean and newly renovated spacious (at least for 2 people) apartment just outside the old town. Very close to a good grocery store (supermarket Poli) and the excellent restaurants of the old town. Nice view to the green hills/mountains and the small bastillion up the hill. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent bed, had the best night sleeps of our whole trip! Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning device in bedroom and living room, which can also be used to heat or dry the air. Dishwasher and laundry machine are handy for longer stays! For rainy days, two TVs with Netflix was a nice bonus. It was nice that everything we needed was already there, including toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules... and the kind host had even bought milk for our morning coffee and some pastry as we arrived late in the evening! Nice also that there's the own locked garage downstairs, so it is easy to unpack and pack the car: much easier and nicer than staying in the hotel in the no-car-zone and having the car in the garage further away!
