Overview
Located just 300 metres from the beaches along Lake Garda, Residence Alle Palme Comfort Apartments features a garden and a swimming pool. It offers free Wi-Fi and self-catering accommodation. Parking is subject to availability and reservation and there is an additional cost of € 10 per day All apartments are comfortable and spacious and some have a balcony. Each features a dining area with a kitchenette complete with modern facilities such as a dishwasher, microwave, tea/coffee facilities. Air conditioning, a satellite LCD TV, and a CD/DVD player are standard throughout, and some apartments boast 2 bathrooms. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers. In the Alle Palme Residence you will also find free bikes for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. There is also a storage area for mountain bikes and windsurfing equipment. The apartments are a pleasant 8-minute walk from the historical centre of Riva del Garda. Golf Club Arco's putting greens are under 2 km away. There is a bus stop just 5-minutes' walk away.

“I would definitely recommend this little gem, close to all facilities.”
The location was excellent! Just a short walk to the lake front, town square where the restaurants, shops and ferry was. We enjoyed all the facilities both in the apartment and on site, the hot tub was a bonus treat.

The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Every detail was thought of in the apartment, including enough dishwasher tablets /washing cloths/spare bin liners etc for the whole stay. The location was very convenient for supermarket, restaurants, lake and bike hire shops. This made the stay effortless and would highly recommend.

“Great stay!”
We received the bigger 2 bed room even though we booked the 1 bedroom. The apartment was large, very clean, well equipped with everything you will need for a short or long stay. Staff were super nice. All the facilities they offer were great fun, from the pool, the jacuzzi to the small playroom/gym. Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

I have never in my life stayed in an apartment that is so clean! Also the pool area was carefully maintained and cleaned every morning. Air conditioning of course a big plus, and getting separate pool towels and bath towels.

Location was great - less than 10 minutes walk from the beach/seafront and from the restaurants and bars. The parking was secure and easy access (although the slope out was a challenge for my particularly poor hire car!!). The apartments were basic, clean and comfortable. Pool towels provided in addition to room towels. Staff (Lina) were great and really helpful.

“Would definitely recommend”
The staff at Residence Alle Palme were very helpful and friendly. There was great communication throughout the booking and for our arrival. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed. In my opinion the apartment is even better than the photos. The views from the balconies are amazing. It is in a great location and is an easy walk into the centre of Riva. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

“A fabulous stay, great location, view from terrace was breathtaking.”
Apartment was very spacious, the terrace had a beautiful view. Staff were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Location was great, and the pool, hot tub, games room and washing machine were all a nice addition. Fantastic stay.

Very large apartment with a beautiful view. I have never seen such a clean place. Swimming pool, gym, the entire apartment brilliantly equipped. Coffee machine, porcelain cups, everything perfect. Very comfortable beds. I will go back there 100%. Thank you very much for the nice service Very close to a grocery store, the city center literally 200 m away, to the beach by the lake 5 minutes walk through the park - GREAT

Layout of the apartment was great, it was exactly like the photos available. It had all the facilities and equipments we needed for the stay. Check In/Out were easy and smooth, Sara and her team provided all the information for the stay and were super helpful.

We loved the apartment and the hospitality, our son had a birthday and they made him a little sweet present, it was very nice. The apartment was big, clean, quiet and had a great location - close to center, park and beach. A nice pool and a washing machine was a great bonus.
