The hotel is a bit older (actually celebrated 60 years according to the key chain) and might need refurbishment but it's a very good value for money. Easy parking, beds are comfortable enough. Breakfast was good, staff was nice. The hotel has a pool, bar, a la carte restaurant (Indian). It's outside of the centre but thanks to that it's quiet and no problems with parking.

The hotel was amazing and clean, with friendly staff, excellent food, and a beautiful pool.

Everything was really good, little bit far from center but it's not critical.Big parking, nice lounge zone a really nice view from the window. Breakfast was gorgeous.

The hotel was in fairly good location, especially if you want to travel North of Riva Del Garda, explore small village Arco, Castle Toblino, Trentino wineyards and other places. Bus stop Castle Toblino is 1 minute away. To reach Riva Del Garda and bus station - will take around 15 to 20 minute walk. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. In addition to usual breakfast foods, there were good brownie, some other pastries and loads of fruits and pancakes. Staff was welcoming and helped me to change rooms when I understood there is too much noise coming from the street.

We liked everything. Hotel staff was very welcoming and kind. Good rooms with big balcony and good views. Very good breakfast. Close to center, you can rent a bike from hotel for a cheap price or go buy foot. Thank you!

Great facilities. All ammenities. Good bedroom, good location - it is not in downtown Riva, but I did not want that. Walking distance to town and to neighbor town Arco (you should go there btw).

Clean rooms, enough parking space and heating working accordingly. The hotel is kid-friendly which is a plus for me. Pizzeria and Bar next to the hotel was a good surprise.

I booked the hotel room and I got a message saying I did not have a balcony. I could not cancel the booking at that stage because the cancellation was not free at that stage….cheeky! The wifi didn’t work and the receptionist didn’t care. She just said ‘ maybe too many people are using the internet at this time’ Really???🤣the internet never worked at any time of the day!!!! In the morning the same receptionist chased me down the car park as I was living and started to shout ‘you did not pay for the room and why did you leave your dog in the room? She accused me of abandoning my dog and for not paying for the room in front of other guests! How embarrassing 😳 I said I was sure booking.com had charged me for the room and there was a misunderstanding so I paid and said ‘ how dare you accuse me of leaving my dog behind? This woman is so rude and horrible…I really hope you don’t have to deal with her!
